* We have incorporated our Fundraising fee of $60 into registration this year, each player will receive raffle tickets when checking in at opening ceremonies.

The RPB refund policy for Spring 2025:

  • Before January 31: Full refund minus credit card processing fee (if applicable).
  • February 1 - Up to Opening Day: Refund less uniform costs and credit card processing fee (if applicable).
  • Opening Day: No further refunds available.

Other items:

PONY National Rules require that a player can only be registered in one local PONY League.

RPB runs solely on volunteerism. The success of our league relies on a strong volunteer program to operate. There are several opportunities to choose from including Manager, Coach, Team Parent, Field Maintenance, and Snack Bar. There will be required volunteerism on some level for all participant families. We encourage you to please prepare to have required volunteerism as part of the 2025 Spring season.

*Required volunteer hours of 4.5 per player. A max of 6 hours per family with multiple registered players. Also, an option for a volunteer hour buyout is available during registration.

Frequently Asked Questions
  • Is Volunteerism required?: Yes, all families are required to provide volunteer hours to the league. Additional information about the volunteer opportunities will be communicated as the season approaches.
  • What forms of payment are accepted?: Online payments can only be completed with credit cards.
  • HELP, I cannot pay by credit card!: Please reach out to the league registrar at registrar@rosevillepony.com and they will assist you.
  • How is the player's age determined?: During Spring the league age is the players age as of April 30th.
  • What happens after registration closes?: Player evaluations will take place in January. Pinto Division and above are required to attend at least one evaluation. Team formation completes by end of January. Practices begin mid-February.
  • How do I purchase additional hats?: Please reach out to uniforms@rosevillepony.com to purchase additional team hats.
  • When will I be contacted by my coach?: Managers will reach out to parents following team placement or the draft.

Our Champions program is designed to provide opportunities for players, regardless of special needs, the opportunity to play baseball. Supported 100% by fundraising, no registration fees are collected from Champions players. Your donation is greatly appreciated!

Volunteer Hours Buyout
Volunteer Hours Buyout $0.00 Per Item
The league requires 4.5 volunteer hours per player with a maximum of 6 hours per family for any additional players. The volunteer hours can be completed using the following options: * Registered Volunteer -Board member -Coaching staff -Scorekeeper -Team Parent - Snack Bar - Field or Event Help A $250 check will be due to our uniform coordinator at the time of player jersey pick-up. This check will be exchanged for the jersey. Once the volunteer hours are completed, the check will be given back (upon request only) or properly destroyed (our default method). The checks will be safely held by the Roseville Pony Board until closing ceremonies. At that point, if volunteer hours have not been completed, they will be deposited. If you would like to buy out of the volunteer hours, please do so below.
